It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

2010 CLEAR OUT

Sorry guys it had to be done , my 2010 clearout  - It`s got out of control and besides I`ve been here long enough to know which artists/photographers/works I like - enough to feed my fix . I will of course be in search of new talent/styles out there but will only add if you meet the criteria of what I like. Sorry guys/girls it time to be fussy and start taking control of my DA account - 10,000 deviations behind is not good even though I have been away a while. I have 2300 deviations yet to view, so I`m slowly getting back in order.

Oh gosh... I dread my deviation clean out as well and I am currently avoiding it. :iconjarryplz:

However, I finally got my favourites organized, but I still have to tweak some of them and add some deviations from my feed to my favourites as well.

It's going to take a long time, but afterward, I will have a clean feed list then. ^^;

no worries Bob!i been so overwelmed i even stoped thanking for favs...i get about 600 deviations a day...then comments notes and alot of fav running it just impossible to keep up...not talk how busy we also are with our life outside Da also...
